측정 방법

근골격계 통증은 지난 12개월 동안 요통 및 목/어깨/팔/손의 근육통 경험 여부로 측정하였다. 각 부위별로 '예' 또는 '아니오'로 응답하도록 하였으며, 1개 이상의 통증을 경험한 경우 근골격계 통증이 있는 것으로 정의하였다.

통계 분석

근골격계 통증 유병률은 부위별로 빈도와 백분율로 제시하였다. 작업환경 요인과 근골격계 통증의 연관성은 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 평가하였으며, 성별, 연령, 직종을 보정한 교차비(OR)와 95% 신뢰구간(CI)을 산출하였다.

Measurement

Musculoskeletal pain was measured by asking about the experience of lower back pain and muscular pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, or hands during the past 12 months. Responses were 'Yes' or 'No' for each body part, and experiencing at least one pain was defined as having musculoskeletal pain.

Statistical Analysis

Prevalence of musculoskeletal pain was presented as frequency and percentage by body part. The association between working environment factors and musculoskeletal pain was assessed using logistic regression analysis, adjusting for sex, age, and occupation. Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calculated.
